I recently had an unpleasant experience on a business trip to Dallas.
I have not flown for a couple of years so this trend was new to me.
I checked my suitcase as I normally do and proceeded to the gate with
my carry on briefcase. At the gate I noticed all the other passengers were
pulling their wheeled suitcases behind them for carry on.Guess what,
there was not enough space in the overheads to accommodate all of these
bags which should have been checked. Now I became the bad guy because I would not
place my briefcase under the seat in front of me. I barely have room to get my knees
into the space provided. This is a ridiculous situation the airlines must correct.
Comment?

Sincerely,
Stephen Russell
